When they mature, these will be bottled for members-only. 

• 2015 - Dingle Distillery, Co. Kerry (Single Pot Still in 200ltr ex-bourbon)
• 2017 - West Cork Distillery, Co. Cork (Single Pot Still in 200ltr ex-bourbon)
• 2017 - Walsh Distillery, Co. Carlow (Single Pot Still in 200ltr ex-bourbon)
• 2018 - Pearse Lyons Distillery, Dublin (Single Malt in virgin American oak)
• 2019 - Clonakilty Distillery, Co. Cork (Single Pot Still in ex-bourbon)
• 2019 - Great Northern Distillery, Co. Louth (Peated Single Malt in ex-bourbon)
• 2021 - Boann Distillery, Co Meath (Allman's, Bandon Pot Still in Sherry Hogshead)
• 2021 - Killowen Distillery, Co Down (Non-GI Peated Pot Still in Hungarian Tokaji white wine cask)
• 2021 - Baoilleach Distillery, Co Donegal (4 grain peated Donegal Whiskey in 1st fill bourbon)
