Blind Tasting with Nick Ryan from The Irish Whiskey & Spirit Institute

I hope this finds you safe and well.
We have a fantastic evening with whiskey educator Nick Ryan lined up. Nick will guide us through how to assess and disect a whiskey, not as a label or brand, but as a stand-alone spirit. This should be a real education from the novice to experienced whiskey drinker, not to be missed!
Nick is the founder of Thomond Gate Whiskey in Limerick, a WSET level 3 instructor in Spirits and also the CEO of The Irish Whiskey & Spirit Institute.
Registration for this event will open from 6pm on Sunday 28 Feb 2021
This will take place on Zoom at 8pm on Tuesday 16 March 2021.

You will receive a mix of 6 of the 12 whiskeys being assessed on the night. These will range from entry to more mature whiskeys.
Be warned - Leave your pre-conceptions at the door!
