As the distilling revival of the Liberties area of Dublin continues, we welcome fellow Cork Whiskey Society member and Pearse Lyons Global Spirits Ambassador, Conor Ryan, to guide us through a fine assortment of Pearse Lyons whiskey.
Pearse Lyons distillery, a boutique operation housed in a beautifully renovated Gothic building, St. James Church, has been operational a number of years and has released a number of aged expressions. On the night we will sample:
TUATH GLASS
Registrants, to this event, will also receive a Cork Whiskey Society branded Tuath Irish whiskey tasting glass. Stocks are limited so make sure to book yourself into this event in double quick-time.
TASTING PACK COLLECTION
Please note that this event will be hosted online via the Zoom format. Your tasting pack, and Tuath glass, will be available as pick-up only (this coming Saturday 15th August or, by pre-arrangement, early next week).
Committee members will distribute tasting packs, to registrants, this coming Saturday from 10:30 to 12:30 on Victoria Road (across from Goldbergs pub).
