Happy New Year to all our members! We are delighted to launch our first tasting of 2019 upstairs @ Coqbull Restaurant on Wednesday 30th January.

Join us for a celebration of Scottish culture, food and whisky. Once again, our very own resident Scotsman, Ewan Patterson, will host the evening.

We have worked hard to acquire Scotch malt expressions of the highest possible caliber. So feast your eyes on the below selection that spans a selection of Scottish Single Malts from Speyside, Islay, the Lowlands, the Islands and the Highlands.

  • Tullibardine 13 YO Single Cask 46% abv 2005 "Chateauneuf-du-Pape" finish
  • Auchentoshan 20 YO Single Cask, 52.6% abv, 1995
  • Highland Park 10 YO - 1989 Single Cask, 50% abv
  • Mortlach 21 YO Single Cask, 46% abv, 1995
  • Lagavulin 16 YO 43% abv
  • Port Ellen 26 YO Single Cask, 50% abv, 1982

This last expression is a second Islay whisky of the evening from the legendary Port Ellen distillery that was shuttered in 1983 - a rare and special dram indeed!
