We are delighted to launch our next tasting Tuesday the 2nd October upstairs @ Coqbull Restaurant.

Join us for a celebration of New Irish Expressions - many of which you will not have had the opportunity yet to taste. 

We have worked hard to obtain cask samples also from our maturing stock in both West Cork and Walsh distillery.

We hope to taste on the night the following 


  • New Batch 3 Dingle Malt
  • Pearse 5 YO
  • Celtic Cask 16
  • West Cork Cask Sample
  • Walsh Cask Sample 
  • Tipperary Wine Cask finish 
  • 2, Possibly 3 Mystery Casks
