The decision by Glendalough distillery to use Japanese Mizunara oak casks to mature single malt Irish whiskey has really caught our attention.
Therefore, we are delighted to invite Brendan Crowley, of Glendalough distillery, down south to showcase their portfolio of whiskeys and poitín...not forgetting of course the added bonus of a Glendalough cocktail or two!.
