Our Walsh whiskey tasting is coming up on the 28th February so what better time to organise a "Road Trip" to the Walsh distillery in Royal Oak, Carlow.
Our bus will depart Patricks Quay at 08:50am and we should arrive at our picturesque destination within 2 hours. Upon our arrival we will be treated to a meet and greet with the distiller on duty, a tour of the plant, lunch at the distillery and finally a whiskey tasting to send us on our merry way around 3pm.
"Follow me up to Carlow" is an apt Irish tune as we journey north-east to the home of Walsh whiskey..."where hope and history rhyme".
Tickets are priced quite low so please do your best to join us for what will surely be a memorable day out for our Society.
